  • Where are you located?

Cherry Photobooth is based in Toronto, Ontario, and we serve the GTA, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, Richmond Hill, Oakville and Pickering

  • How the photos are taken?

Our booth is self-operated, meaning guests can take photos at their own pace using the touchscreen. However, a friendly attendant will be on-site to assist and ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • What happens to the photos after the event?

All photos are saved digitally and can be accessed through an online gallery. You’ll receive a link to download and share your event photos.

  • What photo print sizes are available?

We offer standard 2x6" photo strips and 4x6" postcard-size prints.

  • Can guests share their photos online instantly?

Yes! Our booth allows instant sharing via text, email, or QR code so guests can post their photos right away.

  • When is the best time to have the photo booth during an event?

Photo booths are great throughout an event! We recommend setting it up during cocktail hour, the reception, or any time when guests are mingling.

  • How long should I book the photo booth for?

This depends on your event size! Most events book between 3 to 5 hours. We require a minimum booking of 3 hours.

  • Can the photo booth be customized for my event?

Absolutely! We can offer any of our backdrops, banners, themed props, and personalized photo templates to match your event’s style.

  • What happens if the weather changes for an outdoor event?

For outdoor events, we recommend a backup indoor space in case of bad weather. Our booth cannot operate in rain, extreme heat, or strong winds without proper coverage. Without a backup, setup may not be possible for safety reasons.

  • Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the event.

  • If you cancel 10 days or less before your event, the deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments may be refunded.
